I’M AN INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER. CAN I SHOP ON SENKOUBOU?

Senkoubou provides worldwide shipping for all capsule and collaboration orders. 

 

WHAT FORM(S) OF PAYMENT DOES SENKOUBOU ACCEPT?

Currently, we accept payment through Stripe and PayPal, both are well-known, trusted, and secure ways to make payments over the Internet. PayPal accepts most major credit cards and does not need an account to checkout. 

 

IN WHAT CURRENCY ARE SENKOUBOU PRODUCTS PRICED IN?

All prices stated on our site are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD). For international shoppers, your order total will be charged according to your credit card or bank’s exchange policy on international purchases.

 

HOW SOON WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

As each product only comes to life when an order has been made, we require up to 6 weeks before shipping your order. Our manner of making seeks to minimize material wastage and impulse buying, ensuring careful consideration to your needs and our environment. WHY DOES MY PRODUCT LOOK A LITTLE DIFFERENT?

Every effort is made to ensure that the products we make correspond as closely to the images displayed online.
However, as our products are hand made using materials from nature, there might be slight variations.

 

WHY DOES THE SURFACE OF MY PRODUCT LOOK DIFFERENT?

Vegetable-tanning is a non-toxic way of processing Mr. Cow's skin, allowing the traces of its life to be visible on the surface of the leather. Each pattern is cut out from different parts of the hide, unique on its own. 

 

WHY DOES MY PRODUCT OBTAIN SCRATCHES AND STAINS?

Choosing a product made of Tuscan Vegetable-Tanned Leather means choosing a one-of-a-kind object that reflects the owner’s lifestyle. Instead of coating with chemicals and paints, our hides are dyed using natural tannins, revealing the calf’s body marks. This also means that only the best quality of skins can be used and are processed in respect to our environment. Scratches and stains on your new product will blend into the leather and become less conspicuous as it is used, creating a unique patina.

 

WHAT IS SENKOUBOU’S RETURN POLICY?

Due to the handmade and small nature of our brand, we hope for your understanding that we do not accept refunds, returns nor exchanges. Exchanges of defective goods and refund of workshops are subject to acceptance.



HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN RECEIVED OR PROCESSED?

Upon purchase completion, you will receive a notification regarding your order and also a payment confirmation from PayPal.
We will take up to 6 weeks to make your order. After which, a shipment note with a tracking number will be on its way to you!
